Agreement

These terms govern your use of Veap at https://veap.pl, the open-source plugins published in our registry, and related sponsorship tiers. The project is maintained by Veap Core Team. By accessing the site, utilizing the registry, or becoming a sponsor, you accept these terms.

In these terms, "the framework" and "the registry" refer to the open-source software published at https://github.com/veap-sh/veap, and "sponsorship" refers to community support placements.

The framework and plugins are open source

Every plugin and module in the official registry is free, open source, and licensed under the permissive MIT License. You may use, adapt, and distribute the code in personal, open-source, and commercial closed-source applications without royalty fees.

The underlying software code is covered by the MIT License. The name Veap, the official logos, and website design assets are proprietary to the Veap project and are not licensed under the MIT terms.

Contributions

If you submit pull requests or contributions to any Veap repository, you license your code under the same MIT License governing the project, while retaining your personal copyright.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship provides promotional placement on the Veap showcase website and README in accordance with the chosen tier, funding ongoing development and maintenance of the framework.

Sponsorship does not grant ownership, voting rights, special governance influence, or priority SLAs beyond the public open-source roadmap.

Pricing and billing

Available tiers include Diamond at $150 per month, Gold at $100 per month, Silver at $50 per month, as detailed on the sponsors page. Prices are denominated in USD and billed on a recurring monthly schedule.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer billing portal link provided in your invoice email.

Delivery

Sponsor placements are typically activated within 3 business days of receiving your logo assets, company description, and target destination URL.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel sponsorship at any time by accessing your billing portal or emailing contact@veap.pl. Cancellation prevents future renewals while preserving your active placement until the end of the paid billing cycle.

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund by contacting support.

Sponsor content guidelines

We reserve the right to decline or terminate placements that promote illegal activities, hate speech, gambling, predatory schemes, or malware, providing a pro-rata refund where appropriate.

No warranty

The Veap framework, documentation, and registry plugins are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing and evaluating code before deploying to production environments.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the maintainers or contributors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the framework or registry.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
